Alyce Tartell is a certified Reiki Master
Teacher. Alyce has been a Reiki practioner since 1982, and
is certified by Reverend John Harvey Gray
who is one of the 22 original Reiki masters initiated by
Hawayo Takata. He has been a Reiki Master since 1976, actively
teaching and practicing Reiki longer than any other living teacher.
Hawayo Takata brought Reiki to the United States from Japan, and it
was through her sharing that it spread to the rest of the world.
Today, there are many Reiki teachers throughout the
world. A practitioner will learn Reiki in three stages: Level One,
Level Two, and the Level Three, which will certify them to teach
others to become practitioners. That level is also called a Reiki
Master Teacher. Alyce teaches the original Usui method.

Wellness
Community
The mission of
the Wellness Community of Central AZ is to help
people with cancer, cancer survivors, and their families. They offer
a professional program of educational and support groups at their
beautiful center in central Phoenix. All of their programs are free
of charge to community participants

has been my privilege to have shared the Healing Dreams class with
The Wellness Community for the past year. After the May 22 workshop,
I will be returning to teach there in the Fall, 2003. Please call

Johrei
The Johrei Fellowship is an international
organization devoted to
bringing about the transformation of the
human spirit. They are a multi-cultural, multi-faith,
service-oriented international organization. The Fellowship embraces the spiritual philosophies of
both the eastern and western world, with the practice of truth,

Universal Energy, or the Divine Light, when focused on the
spiritual body of an individual dispels clouds or negativity, from
the etheric body and raises the spiritual vibration.
When clouds are dispelled from the spiritual body,
toxins in the physical body dissolve and are eliminated to a large
